EU shipping

We are a young company and therefore do not yet have the best conditions with delivery services like DHL, DPD or FedEx. We have to pay the standard price from the Post for all of our shipments, which unfortunately is very high. Also, there might be additional fees from the customs service. Those fees and additional costs are carried by the customer.

Delivery times

Some of our products are pre-orders and therefore take a little longer to be delivered. Every product that is a pre-order is marked with "Pre-Order" next to the size. These items can take up to a month or more to ship, depending on production inventory.


Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Switzerland within

Working days are valid excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Can I send items back?

We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return all purchases (including discounted items) within 30 days of receipt.

If you want to exchange one or more items, they must be unused and must not show any damage. The customer bears the costs of courier delivery for returned goods.

 

Make sure that the items are carefully packed so that they arrive undamaged. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. It is therefore important that you keep your receipt and that the package can be tracked.
